We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform Analytics Reporting Technical Consultant to support a global MedTech client on a long-term remote engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain ServiceNow dashboards, KPI reports and scorecards
- Build and enhance ServiceNow Platform Analytics solutions
- Develop reporting frameworks and predictive analytics capabilities
- Analyse operational data and provide actionable business insights
- Gather business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions
- Produce and maintain technical documentation and user guides
- Collaborate with global stakeholders across business and technical teams
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of ServiceNow experience
- Strong ServiceNow Platform Analytics and Reporting expertise
- Experience with Analytics Workspace and dashboard development
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL best practices
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience delivering KPI frameworks and executive reporting
Preferred:
- Experience with Predictive Analytics or Predictive Intelligence
- Experience within MedTech, Healthcare, Life Sciences
