About the Role We're looking for an experienced Service Now ITSM Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Service Now solutions.
You'll work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to define solution architecture, drive best practices, and deliver scalable ITSM implementations that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities Design end-to-end Service Now ITSM solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
Lead solution architecture across Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalogue and CMDB.
Translate business requirements into scalable Service Now solution designs.
Provide architectural governance and technical leadership throughout the project life cycle.
Work closely with developers, business analysts and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
Lead workshops, solution reviews and design sessions.
Ensure adherence to Service Now best practices and platform standards.
