We’re growing and looking for a Senior Delivery Consultant to play a key role in that journey. This is not a volume-driven, KPI-heavy delivery role. It’s a hands-on, ownership-led position where judgement, speed, and quality matter. You’ll work across delivery, market engagement, and consultant management, directly impacting outcomes for a growing business.

North London office, next to Finsbury Park

The Role

  • Own end-to-end delivery for IT contract roles, primarily in SAP, data, cloud, and adjacent technologies.
  • Source and engage senior IT consultants using CRM, LinkedIn, job boards, and personal networks.
  • Prioritise fast, phone-led candidate engagement, especially within the first 24 hours of a role.
  • Qualify consultants on skills, availability, rates, and motivation; build credible shortlists quickly.
  • Deliver first strong CVs at pace, prioritising relevance and timing over CV perfection.
  • Support interview preparation and CV refinement without slowing submission.
  • Build long-term, trusted relationships with consultants before, during, and after placements.
  • Act as the main point of contact for your consultants and manage issues proactively.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and develop talent pools aligned to active demand.
  • Work closely with client and BD colleagues to focus on roles with genuine urgency.
  • Share market insight, delivery feedback, and availability trends with the wider team.
  • Take full ownership of delivery quality, including fast replacement where needed.
  • Confidently deprioritise roles that lack momentum or realistic delivery potential.

  • Speed to first credible CV on time-sensitive and replacement-led roles.
  • Quality of candidate engagement, with phone conversations taking priority.
  • Interview generation and shortlist progression in competitive, non-exclusive environments.
  • Judgement in role prioritisation and focus.

  • Consistently professional, honest candidate experience.

About You

  • Experienced IT contract delivery consultant (senior level), ideally in SAP, data, or cloud markets.
  • Commercial, decisive, and comfortable working in non-exclusive, fast-moving environments.
  • Strong communicator, confident spending most of the day on the phone.
  • Organised, resilient, and accountable for delivery results.
  • Consultant-centric mindset with high standards of professionalism and integrity.
  • Degree preferred but not essential—experience and attitude matter more.
