We’re now looking for a Technical Recruiter to help us scale. Talent sourcing & screening Source and qualify top IT talent across AI, Data and SAP Build and maintain warm talent pipelines Maintain regular communication and understand long‑term career goals Use your network to generate introductions and warm leads Support BD through candidate‑centric activities Brand & visibility Engage with relevant content to build credibility in your market Data & collaboration Keep CRM/ATS data accurate and up to date Work closely with colleagues across delivery and BD 5+ years’ experience in IT recruitment with a strong track record ~ Familiarity with AI, Data or SAP markets (or willingness to learn) ~ Bachelor’s degree (2:1+) or equivalent experience ~ Experience with candidate marketing or personal branding LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency Exposure to recruitment automation tools Work on high‑value transformation programmes in niche markets Clear commission structure with strong earning potential Hybrid working after onboarding (2 days remote per week) Compensation & benefits ~ 25 days holiday + bank holidays ~ Training and development com with the subject line “Candidate‑Focused Recruiter” .
