This is a hands-on Technical Architect position within a large-scale enterprise transformation programme in a highly competitive, customer-focused industry. You will be actively involved in both architecture and development, designing and building scalable, secure Salesforce solutions across critical business systems.
You will work with cutting-edge Salesforce technologies across Sales, Service, Experience, and Automotive Cloud, playing a key role in shaping technical direction while remaining close to the code. This role offers real impact across integrations, platform performance, and long-term architecture.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and hands-on development of Salesforce solutions
- Act as the bridge between business requirements and technical delivery
- Remain actively involved in coding (Apex, LWC, Lightning) on a day-to-day basis
- Define and enforce development and architecture best practices
- Design and implement complex integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, third-party systems)
- Own data modelling, data quality, and migration activities
- Drive CI/CD processes using Salesforce DX, Jenkins, and related tools
- Deliver and support multiple Experience Cloud implementations
- Implement secure and scalable access models (roles, profiles, sharing rules)
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the platform
Your Profile
- Proven experience as a hands-on Salesforce Technical Architect (not purely governance/oversight)
- Strong track record of coding in Apex, LWC, and Lightning frameworks
- Extensive experience across Sales, Service, Experience, and Automotive Cloud
- Delivered multiple Experience Cloud projects (5+ implementations)
- Strong expertise in integrations, APIs, and asynchronous processing
- Solid understanding of data modelling and relational database design
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tooling (Salesforce DX, Jenkins)
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and security
- Comfortable leading teams while staying technically involved
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving capabilities
