We’re on the lookout for a dynamic 360 Recruiter to join Brabers, our fast-growing contract recruitment agency delivering top-tier AI, Data, and Enterprise Software / Enterprise Applications placements across the UK and Europe.

- The ability to find the right talent for the right position, and find it fast.
- The ability to build strong candidate relationships that generate referrals, leads and real market intelligence.
Talent sourcing & screening
- Source and qualify top IT talent across AI, Data and Enterprise Software / Enterprise Applications.
- Build and maintain warm talent pipelines.
- Maintain regular communication and understand long-term career goals.
- Use your network to generate introductions and warm leads.
- Support BD through candidate-centric activities.
Brand & visibility
- Engage with relevant content to build credibility in your market.
Data & collaboration
- Keep CRM/ATS data accurate and up to date.
- Work closely with colleagues across delivery and BD.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in IT recruitment with a strong track record.
- Familiarity with AI, Data or SAP markets (or willingness to learn).
- Experience with candidate marketing or personal branding.
- LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency.
- Exposure to recruitment automation tools.
Work on high-value transformation programmes in niche markets. Clear commission structure with strong earning potential. Hybrid working after onboarding (2 to 3 days remote per week).
