Brabers is a small, fast growing international orientated IT recruitment consultancy. In addition to IT talent resource planning and staffing, it specializes in international IT transformation program staffing. Founded in summer 2017, the company puts people first when it comes to IT recruitment. Brabers has ambitious plans to grow whilst staying true to its identity, vision, and values, and is looking for a new team member to be part of this journey.

We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Consultant with a strong track record in data, analytics, cloud, and AI/ML domains. This role is primarily focused on new business acquisition, strategic account growth, and senior stakeholder engagement, rather than hands-on recruitment delivery. You will partner with technology-driven organisations undergoing significant digital transformation, opening new client accounts and identifying opportunities across data engineering, AI/ML, BI, cloud, and cybersecurity. This position is ideal for individuals with deep technology consulting fluency and strong commercial instincts, who can speak credibly with C-suite stakeholders and position our recruitment solutions as enablers of large-scale data and AI initiatives. Full sourcing and candidate delivery support will be provided by our dedicated Delivery Team.
