We’re on the lookout for a dynamic 360 Recruiter to join Brabers, our fast-growing contract recruitment agency delivering top-tier AI, Data, and Enterprise Software / Enterprise Applications placements across the UK and Europe. We’re a lean, nimble team that moves fast on high-impact projects, where clients rely on us for sharp market insight and unwavering delivery. What you’ll do
- Talent sourcing credible, empathetic, candidate‑focused
- Familiarity with AI, Data or SAP markets (or willingness to learn)
- Comfortable engaging candidates directly throughout the day
- Resilient, organised, proactive, adaptable and resourceful
- Enjoy working in a small, fast‑paced, collaborative team
Nice to have
- Experience with candidate marketing or personal branding
- LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency
- Exposure to recruitment automation tools
