About this role We’re looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team and ensure our people, tools, and spaces stay connected and productive.
You’ll be the first point of contact for day-to-day IT support across the company, helping to make sure everyone has what they need to do their best work.
In this role, you will work closely with People Operations and Engineering to support and empower our growing team.

Support: Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day user support, managing requests efficiently through to completion.
JML Lifecycle
Execution: Own the IT Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) lifecycle, ensuring all core access is securely granted on Day 1.

Management: Maintain our Edinburgh HQ office tech, including network infrastructure (Wi-Fi, LAN), conference room AV setups, and ISP coordination.
