About BR-DGE

Since 2018, we’ve been pioneers in payment orchestration, enabling enterprise brands to optimise their infrastructure and create frictionless digital experiences. From travel giants to household retail names, our global customer base is growing fast, supported by world-class partners like Visa and Worldpay. We are at an inflection point, scaling our platform, deepening our partnerships, and expanding into new markets. If you want to shape the future of payment orchestration, this is your moment.

About the opportunity

As our Senior Product Manager, you will take strategic ownership of a core area of the BR-DGE platform. You will set the vision, define the roadmap, and lead discovery, working across commercial, technical, and operational functions to ensure we build the right things for the right reasons. This is a role with genuine scope. You will operate as a strategist and decision-maker, partnering closely with the VP of Product to shape the overall product direction, while collaborating with Product Owners who translate that strategy into well-structured delivery. It is an opportunity to build product capabilities at scale, with the visibility and influence that comes from being part of a high-growth FinTech.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own a product area end-to-end: Accountable for its strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes. You make crisp prioritisation decisions that balance merchant value with business impact.
  • Define and champion the roadmap: Working with the VP of Product to sequence what gets built, grounding every decision in market insight, customer evidence, and commercial opportunity.
  • Lead discovery: Driving deep engagement with commercial and technical teams to surface real merchant and partner needs and translating raw insight into clearly articulated product opportunities.
  • Set and own success metrics: Defining what good looks like for your product area and holding yourself accountable to outcomes, not just delivery milestones.
  • Bridge strategy and execution — partnering with Product Owners to ensure requirements become well-structured, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria that engineering teams can move on with confidence.
  • Govern the backlog with rigour — reviewing and triaging enhancement requests, ensuring everything entering the pipeline has a coherent rationale and is properly sequenced relative to strategic priorities.
  • Enable seamless merchant go-lives — equipping the onboarding team with the product context and knowledge they need to deliver frictionless launch experiences.
  • Influence the product culture — contributing to the maturity of the wider product function as BR-DGE scales its team and practices.

What we’re looking for

Essential Experience

  • Proven success as a Senior Product Manager in a software or technology environment, with a track record of owning the full product lifecycle from high-level strategy through to delivery.
  • Merchant Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of the PayTech/FinTech landscape with substantial experience navigating complex merchant requirements, gained in-house or through strategic partnerships.
  • Strategic Execution: Advanced understanding of merchant workflows to seamlessly bridge the gap between commercial objectives and technical builds.
  • Familiarity with payment orchestration, gateway infrastructure, or e-commerce technology platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to define product vision, lead roadmap prioritisation, and communicate the 'why' clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong command of Agile methodologies, with practical experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence in a delivery environment.
  • The ability to manage competing stakeholder demands with confidence, diplomacy, and clear-headed reasoning.
  • Commercial acumen - you understand that great product decisions are grounded in both customer value and business impact.
  • A growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a genuine interest in how AI and emerging technologies are reshaping product management.

Nice to have

  • Background in iGaming, gambling, or sports betting.
  • Experience working in remote or distributed teams.
  • Background working at the interface of enterprise merchants and technology platforms.

What we offer

  • Financial: Competitive salary and life insurance.
  • Time Off: 33 days holiday (including public holidays) plus Birthday Leave.
  • Flexibility: Remote-first working culture that respects your other priorities.
  • Health: Family private healthcare and an Employee Assistance Programme.
  • Growth: A culture that champions career progression and direct investment in your learning and development.
