As Interim VP of People, you will play a pivotal role in developing a high-performance culture and supporting a comprehensive people strategy. Your mission will include a small people function, enhancing employee engagement, fostering learning and development, and championing diversity and inclusion. This role will collaborate across the Executive Leadership team and play a key role in all elements of People and Culture at BR-DGE.

We are looking for a strategic People leader with experience in high-growth or scaling environments. You will combine operational excellence with the ability to influence at all levels, with a passion for building and establishing high performing, values-driven teams.

What's on offer: Competitive salary and benefits in a remote-first organisation. Candidates must be available to commence the contract in May 2026. While this is a remote-first organisation, there is a requirement to be in the Edinburgh office on a weekly basis.
