What’s the job? Join our team, and you’ll become an expert advisor – an inspiration and guide. You’ll know every customer and their home improvement projects. Sales will be important, as will managing stock, setting up displays, and ensuring the store looks great. You’ll have the opportunity to be trained in paint‑mixing and cutting timber, but great customer service will be your main aim.
What We Need: Happy to help, eager to learn, and a little obsessed with home improvement – you’re friendly, outgoing and buzzed by helping others. You’ll be happy to expand your skills by using new technology and learning new ways of working. You’re great at working in a team and flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
