Full‑time equivalent £27,709.50 per annum + Pension + 6.6 Weeks Holiday

Location: B&Q Weymouth

Keyholder position. Shifts range from an earliest start time of 6 am to a latest finish time of 10 pm. The Shift Lead oversees the store during their shift to ensure a safe working and shopping environment for colleagues and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Be the heart‑beat of the store day‑to‑day and ensure operations are running smoothly.
  • Make sure colleagues are deployed correctly to ‘make every customer count’ throughout your shift.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers and colleagues.
  • Ensure the store remains safe at all times.

Qualifications

  • Passionate about customers and doing the right thing for them.
  • Have a global view and not be constrained to specific areas of the store.
  • Safety conscious and use an eye for detail to spot compliance opportunities.
  • Enjoy interacting with colleagues and working in a team.
