Shift Pattern & Hours: Shifts available Monday – Sunday, 6.00am – 10.00pm. 30 hours per week (part time).
Contract: 3 month fixed‐term contract.

Overview: As a TradePoint Customer Adviser you'll be the heartbeat of the TradePoint counter, engaging trade members to offer tailored products and services, building lasting relationships, and driving sales for our trade members.
Responsibilities:
- Deal with all kinds of trade members daily at the TradePoint counter.
- Takes ownership of trade members and learns about their businesses.
- Recommend appropriate products and services and provide expert advice.
- Promote trade loyalty scheme and sign‐ups.
- Present promotions, specials, and product information.
- Support the team to meet store targets and maintain a welcoming environment.
- Adapt approach to different situations and customer needs.
- Work flexible rota including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communicator and team worker.
- Ability to build and nurture customer relationships.
