Overview
The heart of the Tradepoint counter, you’ll deal with all kinds of trade members every day. You’ll take ownership of your TradePoint members & get to know them & their business through great conversations meaning you’re in the best position to recommend the right products and services for them.
Responsibilities
- Engage with trade members, listen to their needs, and sell suitable products and services.
- Build relationships through conversations, recommend solutions, and promote trade loyalty schemes.
- Participate in training and continuous development.
- Support team by flexible scheduling including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.

- A great communicator and team worker with the ability to get on with all kinds of colleagues and customers.
- Adjust approach in different situations, build relationships, and spot new business opportunities.
