Shifts available Monday - Sunday, 7.00am - 10.00pm UK

Notional hourly rate £12.71 per hour

Overview

The heart of the Tradepoint counter, you’ll deal with all kinds of trade members every day. You’ll take ownership of your TradePoint members & get to know them & their business through great conversations meaning you’re in the best position to recommend the right products and services for them.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with trade members, listen to their needs, and sell suitable products and services.
  • Build relationships through conversations, recommend solutions, and promote trade loyalty schemes.
  • Participate in training and continuous development.
  • Support team by flexible scheduling including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.

Qualifications

  • A great communicator and team worker with the ability to get on with all kinds of colleagues and customers.
  • Adjust approach in different situations, build relationships, and spot new business opportunities.
  • Passionate about helping trade members get value through promotions and loyalty schemes.
  • Willingness to develop skills through training and support teammates.
