Your role as a Shift Lead includes:
- Being the heartbeat of the store day-to-day and ensuring operations are running smoothly.
- Making sure colleagues are deployed correctly to ‘make every customer count’ throughout your shift.
- Being the first point of contact for customers and colleagues.
- Ensuring our stores are safe at all times.
