Day in the life

  • As a store manager I catch up with my direct reports and the store team, deliver news and updates, and make sure everything’s OK. I lead by example, ensuring the store operates smoothly, stays compliant, and provides excellent customer service.
  • A day for me starts with a strong plan. I support the team to help customers book projects, manage store floor operations, and handle customer design solutions. I keep compliance, safety and stock management in check, ensuring a great experience for trade customers.

Our Retail Management teams help every store lead and develop their teams so they can always put customers first. We’ll carry out a face‑to‑face or online interview, and may request a 2nd interview if the role you’re applying for is more complex. We’ll contact you with feedback, and maybe even a job offer.
