B&Q Eltham is seeking a Trading Team Manager to lead the core trading floor, manage stock and promotions, and drive commercial delivery in-store.
You will coach teammates to deliver excellent service and use sales data and customer insights to improve performance.
You will build product knowledge across the team, support end-to-end stock processes, and ensure every customer counts. This role is full-time at our Eltham store.
