Job responsibilities:
- Ask questions and explore customer possibilities to recommend the right finance, products and installation options.
- Use B&Q software to produce inspirational designs that bring customer projects to life.
- Coordinate multiple projects and support customers both virtually and face‑to‑face.
- Take customers on a journey from inspirational ideas through to delivery, helping to realise their dreams.

- Excellent technology skills and comfort using B&Q software.
- Brilliant communication and relationship‑building skills to work closely with colleagues and installers.
- Motivated by targets and confident converting designs into sales.
