Team Leader – Checkouts

Part time/Jobshare – 25 hours per week

Permanent Contract

Shifts available Monday – Sunday, 7am – 10pm

£25,729.08 – £27,766.83* (Inclusive of an £0.27 per hour, store specific location allowance)

Key responsibilities

1. Motivating, developing and supporting every member of your checkouts team.
2. Providing resources and leading by example in safety and customer service.
3. Finding and taking opportunities to innovate and improve processes.

Required skills & experience

1. Extensive retail experience with a focus on team development.
2. Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability.
3. Positive and curious mindset with ideas for enhancing customer and colleague experience.
4. Willingness to learn new technology and adapt to new ways of working.
5. Flexibility to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
