Whether it be catching up with my direct reports or the store team, delivering news and updates and making sure everything’s OK. A day's work for me is coming into the store having a good plan. The team will be happy and ready to help our customers. I love having a busy shop floor, booking loads of customers in for their dream kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. I'm there to support my team if they need any help on the design system and on customer projects.
I make sure we comply legally and in a safe way as a store, and I empower my team to deliver stock management routines. It’s all about giving our trade customers a great experience and great advice, showing them the right products to build, create and improve their clients' homes.
