Join us as a Sales Team Manager and you will be pivotal in driving sales across our showroom and Trade Point departments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales across叁 the showroom and Trade Point departments, delivering on sales targets.
  • Manage a team of direct reports and store staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and teamwork.
  • Develop and execute sales plans and promotional activities to increase store performance.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations for the store.
  • Support and coach staff on product knowledge, design systems and customer projects.
  • Collaborate with trade customers to provide tailored advice and product recommendations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in line with B&Q’s fast‑moving sector.
  • Represent the store in the wider Retail Management team, contributing ideas and best practices.
