Customer Advisor – TradePoint
Location: B&Q Queens Road, Sheffield, England, United Kingdom
Contract: 3-month fixed term, part-time (18.75 hours per week)
Hours: Monday – Sunday, 7:00 am – 10:00 pm
Hourly rate: £12.71

As a TradePoint Customer Advisor you’ll help deliver a great experience for our TradePoint members by engaging, listening, and selling the right products and services.
Responsibilities
- Deal with all kinds of trade members at the Tradepoint counter each day
- Take ownership of TradePoint members, build relationships and understand their businesses through great conversations
- Recommend the right products and services based on members’ needs
- Promote and enroll members in the trade loyalty scheme
- Support the team on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays
- Continuously develop skills through training and learning from colleagues

- Excellent communicator and team worker who can work with all kinds of colleagues and customers
- Adaptable approach in different situations and able to build relationships
- Helps trade members get value through promotions and loyalty scheme sign‑ups
- Enjoys pitching in as part of a team and is flexible with working hours
