Saturday & Sunday, 7.00am – 8.00pm. Part‑time – 12 hours per week. 3‑month fixed‑term contract. £13.10 per hour from 1st April 2026.
Overview
Customer Advisor – B&Q Bolton.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on home improvement projects.
- Drive sales, manage stock, set up displays, and maintain excellent store presentation.
- Assist customers with paint mixing and timber cutting as needed.
- Use new technology and adapt to different ways of working.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic about helping others.
- Team player, flexible to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
- Willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
- Experience in retail or customer service is desirable.
