The predicted salary is between 23000 - 32000 ÂŁ per year.
Permanent contract – 18.5 hours per week (full‑time equivalent). Compensation – £28,741.44 per annum (inclusive of £0.54 per hour, store specific location allowance) + pension + 6.6 weeks holiday.

Job Overview
Your role as a Shift Lead is pivotal in ensuring a safe working and shopping environment. You’re the person who will oversee your shift to cultivate a great experience for both colleagues and customers daily. In this role you will:
- Be the heartbeat of the store day‑to‑day and ensure operations run smoothly.
- Make sure colleagues are deployed correctly to “make every customer count” throughout your shift.
- Be the first point of contact for customers and colleagues.
- Make sure our stores are safe at all times.
