Contract: Permanent – 36.75 hours per week

Salary: Up to £35,428.84 per annum (inclusive of £0.81 per hour, store specific location allowance) + Bonus + Pension + 6.6 weeks holiday

A great team needs a great leader. In this role you will lead the Showrooms and TradePoint, bring together dynamic, sales‑focused teams, create a culture of confidence and proactive customer focus, and develop a high‑performing team through coaching and performance leadership.

Key responsibilities

  • Support sales colleagues to build deep product knowledge and confidence to sell.
  • Use customer insights and performance data to spot opportunities and respond at pace.
  • Build strong local customer relationships, with a focus on tradespeople.
