Role Purpose
The Offsite Media Manager will be a key driver of our off‑site retail media strategy, working closely with channel leads to mature our managed service offering while planning for self‑serve expansion.
Strategy & Channel Development
- Collaborate with channel leads to mature the managed service offering while working towards a self‑serve model across channels such as Paid Social and Online Display.
- Support the Retail Media Advertising Lead and Project Manager in launching new channels & formats such as Connected TV, ensuring smooth adoption and clear processes.
- Collaborate with Advertising and Customer Planning teams in Marketing to identify and unlock retail media opportunities within broader customer campaigns.
- Collaborate with Partnership Managers and Onsite & Instore Media Managers to ensure a cohesive customer experience across channels.
Campaign Activation & Delivery
- Support Partnerships & Channel teams in the effective and efficient activation of off‑site campaigns.
- Work with our in‑house studio to create in‑store creative principles, templates and guidelines, ensuring these are upheld.
Performance, Testing & Insights
- Work with data and insights teams to identify target audiences and build segmentation strategies.
- Lead test & learn programmes to optimise creative and media performance.
- Provide clear campaign reporting and insights to inform strategy and decision‑making in‑line with iAB standards.
Commercial & Partnerships
- Collaborate with Partnerships Managers to maximise sell‑through of off‑site & CRM inventory and shape new opportunities.
- Work with Partnership Managers on top suppliers to enhance activity and feed into strategic planning.
Training & Enablement
- Develop and support training materials, webinars, and enablement content for internal teams and advertisers.
What We Need
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in digital marketing, retail media, or multi‑channel campaign management.
- Strong understanding of digital media is essential.
- Experience working in or with media planning teams is beneficial.
- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members is nice to have.
- Confident working with data and reporting tools to monitor and optimise campaigns.
- Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
- Proactive, strategic, commercially‑minded, and collaborative.
