Your role as a Shift Lead is pivotal in ensuring a safe working and shopping environment. You’re the person who will oversee your shift to cultivate a great experience for both colleagues and customers daily. Be the heartbeat of the store day‑to‑day and ensure operations are running smoothly. Make sure colleagues are deployed correctly to “make every customer count” throughout your shift. Be the first point of contact for customers and colleagues. Make sure our stores are safe at all times.
