Overview

  • Customer Advisor – Checkouts
  • Part Time – 11.25 hours per week
  • 3 Month Fixed Term Contract
  • UK Notional hourly rate ÂŁ12.71 per hour

What’s the job?

Join our team, and you’ll become an expert advisor. You’ll be an inspiration and guide to customers, learning every customer’s home improvement projects. Sales will be important, as will click & collect, setting up displays, and ensuring the store looks great. You’ll be trained in various areas, but the core aim is to deliver great customer service at the tills.

Happy to help, eager to learn, and a little bit obsessed with home improvement – that’s you. You’re friendly and outgoing, and you get a buzz from helping others. You’ll expand your skills using new technology and learning new ways of working. You’re great at working in a team and flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
