This is a keyholder position with shifts ranging from an earliest start time of 6am until 2:30pm or later shifts of 12pm until 8:30pm. Weekend working included, although not every weekend.

Role
As a Shift Lead, you are pivotal in ensuring a safe working and shopping environment. You oversee your shift to cultivate a great experience for both colleagues and customers daily. B&Q’s ambition to make every customer count means you’ll strive to ensure B&Q is a place colleagues love to work and customers love to shop.
In this role you will:
- Be the heartbeat of the store day‑to‑day and ensure operations run smoothly.
- Deploy colleagues correctly to ‘make every customer count’ throughout your shift.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers and colleagues.
- Ensure the store is safe at all times.
