Store to Home Picker

Part time – 15 hours per week. 3‑month fixed term contract.

Location: B&Q Nottingham.

Pay: £12.71 per hour (UK Notional hourly rate).

Shift availability: Monday – Sunday, 6:00 am – 9:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Confident and friendly communicator, comfortable building relationships with customers face‑to‑face and over the phone.
• Support customers on the shop floor or in a one‑hour click‑and‑collect service.
• Maintain efficiency and safety while helping customers with product knowledge.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Organised and analytical thinker who can prioritise time and keep things simple.
• Comfortable with heavy lifting; courier, click‑and‑collect and home delivery services are part of the role.
• Agile and flexible, willing to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
• Open to learning new technology and new ways of working.
