Overview
We deliver products in 3.5 ton vans ranging from a tin of paint to 30 packs of flooring. You will also support colleagues on the shop floor using new technology to fulfil orders. Efficiency, safety and brand representation are vital.
Responsibilities
- Deliver multi‑drop orders to customers’ homes.
- Load and unload heavy items, ensuring safe handling.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Prioritise customer service and timely deliveries.
- Use new in‑store technology to fulfil orders and assist colleagues.
- Represent the B&Q brand in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Manual Category B/B1 UK driving licence, held for at least 1 year with no more than 6 points.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Experience as a multi‑drop delivery driver is useful but not essential.
- Will be subject to Experian/DVLA and DBS checks.
