Your role as a Shift Lead is pivotal in ensuring a safe working and shopping environment. You're the person who will oversee your shift to cultivate a great experience for both colleagues and customers daily. In this role you will:
- Be the heartbeat of the store day-to-day and ensure operations are running smoothly.
