What’s the job?

  • Sales matter, but your real focus is the customer. Ask questions and explore possibilities to recommend the right finance, products and installation options.
  • Use software to produce inspirational designs and coordinate multiple projects, supporting customers virtually and face‑to‑face.
  • Take customers on a journey from inspirational ideas through to delivery, helping make their dreams a reality.

  • Technological proficiency and brilliant communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Work closely with colleagues and installers to deliver the best service on every project.
  • Motivated by targets, confident in converting designs into sales.
  • Team player, good problem‑solver with a keen eye for design.
  • Flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
