Customer Advisor – TradePoint
Part‑time (15 hours per week), permanent contract.
Responsibilities
- Operate the Tradepoint counter, engaging and advising trade members.
- Take ownership of TradePoint members, understanding their businesses through conversation.
- Recommend appropriate products and services to members.
- Promote and enrol members into the trade loyalty scheme.
- Flexibly cover teamwork duties, including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
