What's the job?
Your role as a Sales Team Manager is to lead two of the most strategically important areas of our store — Showrooms and TradePoint. You’ll bring together dynamic, sales-focused teams and create a culture where every colleague is confident, proactive, and laser-focused on fulfilling B&Q’s ambition of making every customer count. You’ll make a real difference through sales coaching and performance leadership and build a high-performing team. In this role you will:
- Support our sales colleagues to build deep product knowledge and be confident to sell.
- Use customer insights and performance data to spot opportunities and respond at pace.
- Build strong local customer relationships, with a focus on Tradespeople.
