Sales Team Manager – B&Q Speke
Permanent Contract – 36.75 hours per week
Up to £34,000 per annum + Bonus + Pension + 6.6 Weeks Holiday

Responsibilities
- Support our sales colleagues to build deep product knowledge and be confident to sell.
- Use customer insights and performance data to spot opportunities and respond at pace.
- Build strong local customer relationships, with a focus on Tradespeople.
What We Need
- You enjoy observing, listening and communicating ways to continuously improve and celebrate success.
- Are comfortable having meaningful discussions about performance.
- Are at your best building rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Like to be well planned and organised and thrive in being agile with your plans when needed.
- Possess natural analytical rigour and can spot opportunities to increase sales.
