B&Q Kirkcaldy is a full‑time, permanent contract position for a Showroom Project Coordinator. The role involves 36.45 working hours per week. Shifts Monday – Sunday, 8:00 am – 8:00 pm.
Responsibilities
- Support showroom teams and installers by providing the help and advice needed to deliver a seamless, professional service for our customers.
- Communicate project progress to customers via phone, email and face‑to‑face interactions until completion.
- Use design software to help customers visualise kitchen and bathroom projects.
- Recommend appropriate finance options, products and installation solutions.
- Work closely with colleagues and installers to ensure the best service on every project.
Qualifications
- Strong technical competence and confidence in using technology.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
