Full time, Permanent Contract - 36.75 Hours per week. Full-time equivalent £27,709.50 per annum + Pension + 6.6 Weeks Holiday.
Role
Your role as a Shift Lead is pivotal in ensuring a safe working and shopping environment. You’ll oversee your shift to cultivate a great experience for both colleagues and customers daily. In this role you will:
- Be the heartbeat of the store day-to-day and ensure operations are running smoothly.
- Make sure colleagues are deployed correctly to ‘make every customer count’ throughout your shift.
- Be the first point of contact for customers and colleagues.
- Make sure our stores are safe at all times.
