Role
Your role as a Sales Lead is to support the Sales Team Manager to create a truly inclusive high performing team across Showroom and Tradepoint. It’s B&Q’s ambition to make every customer count, so you will support the day-to-day activities that will enable the team to exceed sales targets through ensuring a fantastic end to end customer experience.
- Support the day-to-day activities that will enable the team to exceed sales targets.
- Make sure colleagues are deployed correctly to ‘make every customer count’ throughout your shift.
- Be the first point of contact for customers and colleague escalations in Showrooms + TradePoint.
- Support the Sales Team Manager with collation of analytical data to make informed decisions.
What We Need
We’re looking for the following qualities:
- Role model customer service and enjoy customer interactions.
- Comfortable with IT systems and applications.
- Like to analyse data and can see the important information to communicate.
- Love to problem solve, the trickier the better.
- Well planned and organised, with the ability to prioritise and think on your feet.
