Overview
You will own a portfolio of supply chain, fulfilment and customer delivery tech products that move orders across stores, fulfilment centres and delivery networks. You’ll align technology with B&Q and Kingfisher strategies, shaping roadmaps, securing investment and delivering measurable value. The role blends strategic product leadership with hands-on engagement in transformation programmes, starting with a new transport scheduling and management system rollout. You will work cross-functionally to improve customer experience and operational performance.

Responsibilities
- Own strategy, roadmap and backlog for fulfilment, logistics and delivery tech products.
- Collaborate with operational teams, Group Technology, architecture partners and suppliers to identify value opportunities.
- Use data and operational insight to prioritise improvements.
- Develop business cases and evaluate delivery approaches.
- Represent B&Q in Kingfisher forums to influence priorities and investment decisions.
- Support major transformation programmes across fulfilment, order management, delivery and customer service capabilities.
- Build relationships with stakeholders and technology partners to align priorities and delivery plans.
- Guide selection and evolution of tech partners and platforms to maximise value.
- Identify industry trends to create competitive advantage.
- Promote product-led ways of working focused on customer outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with delivery, engineering and architecture teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
Key requirements
- Product Management experience in retail, logistics, fulfilment, supply chain or eCommerce.
- Experience owning tech products from strategy to delivery and value realization.
- Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence senior leaders.
- Experience developing roadmaps, prioritising demands and managing investments.
- Commercial awareness including business case development, benefits tracking and budget management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
- Ability to translate operational challenges into scalable tech solutions.
