Overview
Acting as a key member of the Marketplace Legal Compliance Team in the pre‑ and post‑live monitoring of products listed on our marketplace, ensuring processes are maintained and followed and IT systems are correctly utilised.
Responsibilities
- Undertake administrative functions for onboarding products including receiving, logging and distributing compliance documentation.
- Engage with merchants to request further documentation or answer queries related to the onboarding process.
- Work with the Marketplace team to ensure merchants can efficiently list products.
- Engage with merchants regarding products that cannot be listed following assessment, including reviewing output from AI tools.
- Engage in post‑live monitoring of products sold on the marketplace, taking appropriate action or referring to another member of the team.
- Log issues received from across the business, liaising or directing to an appropriate team member.
- Conduct subject‑specific monitoring of the marketplace.
- Maintain and update procedures and processes as appropriate.
- Assist the team and Legal Compliance Manager on other ad‑hoc matters.
Qualifications
- Experience in a retail, digital or commercial environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to learn new software applications swiftly, e.g. Salesforce.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working autonomously and under tight deadlines.
- Curiosity to understand Marketplace and associated compliance.
- Strong interpersonal skills and mature attitude.
- Proactive self‑starter.
