As a Location Analyst you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our property estate by providing data‑driven insights that support key strategic decisions.
Using the CACI Gravity Model alongside a wide range of internal and external data sources, you will evaluate opportunities across our estate to determine where we should open new stores, renew or exit leases, sublet locations, and optimise the performance of our existing portfolio.

- Core Responsibilities
- Analyze location data using the CACI Gravity Model and other internal/external sources to evaluate store opening, lease renewal, exit, sublet and portfolio optimisation opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions across Property, Finance, Commercial, Operations and Strategy teams.
- Develop and maintain analytical models, dashboards and reports to track performance of the store portfolio.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
- Challenge assumptions and drive continuous improvement of location analytics methods and tools.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience in developing models and dashboards.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI or similar.
- Experience with location-based analytics or real estate data models is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, able to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, curious and willing to challenge assumptions.
