The Data Visualisation & Automation Analyst will work within the Data Visualisation and Automation Team to produce high‑quality self‑serve dashboards and foundational data enablement products. The role involves interacting with a varied group of stakeholders to deepen understanding of customers across the organisation, shape future strategies, improve customer experience, increase engagement, drive revenue and enhance business efficiencies for both B&Q and TradePoint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain self‑serve dashboards.
- Build foundational data enablement products.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into analytics solutions.
- Analyse customer data to uncover insights that influence strategy and operations.
- Communicate findings to cross‑functional teams.
- Continuously improve data processes to support business efficiency.
