B&Q Dundee
Our in-store teams take incredible care of our customers. You’ll do the same for them. Supporting line managers to coordinate everything from work rotas and payroll to recruitment and training, you’ll make sure the team has all they need to deliver for our customers.

Caitlin, Showroom Customer Advisor: I work with a diverse range of people who all have their own quirks and that’s what I love. A really good day at work is being on shift with one of my closest colleagues or helping a lovely customer and making their day.
Our B&Q Customer Advisors are the friendly faces of our business, providing advice and assistance to customers.
We’ll carry out a face-to-face or online interview (and may request a 2nd interview if the role is more complex). We’ll contact you with feedback, and maybe even a job offer.
