Customer Advisor – TradePoint
Full-time or Part-time – up to 36.75 hours per week
3-Month Fixed Term Contract
Shifts available Monday – Sunday, 7:00 am – 9:00 pm
UK Notional hourly rate: £13.52 per hour (including a £0.81 per hour store-specific location allowance)

We are looking for someone passionate about building strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty, and guiding TradePoint members to the best deals.
Key responsibilities
You will be the central point at the TradePoint counter, dealing with various trade members daily. You will take ownership of your TradePoint members, getting to know their businesses through meaningful conversations, which will enable you to recommend the most suitable products and services for them.
Required skills & experience
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are essential. You should be able to adapt your approach to different situations, build relationships with customers, and identify new business opportunities. Helping trade members find great value through promotions and our trade loyalty scheme is key. You should be eager to develop your skills through training and learning from others. Flexibility to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays is required.
