Customer Advisor – Night Stock Flow

Shifts: Tuesday – Saturday, 7:00 pm – 6:00 am

Hours: 36.75 hours per week

Contract: 3‑month fixed term, 14th June – 3rd Oct 2026

Rate: UK notional hourly rate £13.10 (plus £2 between 10 pm – 5 am)*

Location: B&Q, Bamber Bridge

Note: Colleagues under 18 are not permitted to work between 10 pm – 6 am.

Responsibilities

You will ensure the store is stocked with the items customers need and with products that spark new possibilities. You will help maintain efficiency and safety, especially if you gain your forklift licence with us. You will explore new solutions and make decisions that help grow our business together.

Qualifications

You are a great communicator who can think clearly and make sound plans no matter how busy things get. You are organised, analytical, and know how to keep things simple. You work well in a team, supporting colleagues and working through tasks together. You are flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
