As a Customer Advisor, you will: Become an expert advisor and an inspiration to customers. Get to know every customer and their home improvement projects. Focus on sales, manage stock, set up displays, and ensure the store looks great. Receive training in paint-mixing and cutting timber. Deliver truly great customer service. To succeed in this role, you should be: Happy to help, eager to learn, and a bit obsessed with home improvement. Friendly and outgoing, thriving on helping others. Willing to expand your skills using new technology and learning new ways of working.
