What’s the job? The heart of the Tradepoint counter, you’ll deal with all kinds of trade members every day. You’ll take ownership of your TradePoint members & get to know them & their business through great conversations meaning you’re in the best position to recommend the right products and services for them.

- You adapt your approach in different situations and know how to build relationships with customers.
- You have an eye for new business opportunities and love helping your trade members get great value for themselves and their clients.
- You will continuously develop your skills through training and by learning from others.
- You’re happy to pitch in as part of a team and flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
