The predicted salary is between 10 - 13 £ per hour.

Part‑time 16 hours per week, permanent contract. Shifts available Monday – Sunday, 6:00 am to 9:00 pm. UK notional hourly rate: £12.71 per hour.

As a TradePoint Customer Advisor you’ll help deliver a great experience for our TradePoint members by engaging, listening and selling the right products & services.

Responsibilities

  • Deal with all kinds of trade members at the TradePoint counter on a daily basis.
  • Take ownership of TradePoint members and understand their businesses through meaningful conversations.
  • Recommend the right products and services that match their needs.
  • Promote trade loyalty schemes and secure new sign‑ups.
  • Work a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
